Data Management
- Management of entire Sales History, Brand – SKU wise, Customer wise, Outlet type wise
- Historic & Current Sales Target, Price Master, Distribution Coverage & Sales Productivity Analysis
- Sales Executive Target vs Achievement , Productivity , Daily Sales Reports
- Outstanding Ageing Reports, Stock ageing Reports
Customer Management
- Customer Account Reconciliation, Credit Notes Processing & Posting
- Payment Reconciliation, Maintenance & Updation of Customer Terms of Trade
- New Customer Code Creation co-ordination with Finance & IT
- Monthly correspondence on Customer Ledger , with key customers
Brand Principal / Supplier Management
- Purchase Order Finalization ( select brands )
- PO generation, PI confirmation & LC issuance initiation with Finance
- Misc PO updation in SAP and initiation for onward approval as per DOA.
- Supplier Payments processing and submission for approval as per DOA
- A & P claims processing and submission for approval as per DOA
- New Product Registration as per Municipality Norms
Co-ordination with Finance & IT
- Customer wise Statement of Accounts reconciliation
- New Customer & Product Code related correspondence with IT
- Travel Reimbursements of Sales and FMCG back-end office team
- Petty Cash handling
This position is for our FMCG division within the Nikai Group. 5-6 years of experience in brand management/Sales Coordination at distribution setup is a MUST
