GI Properties is looking for talented Real Estate Broker – Commission based only – to join our successful team, either to specialize on Off-plan or Secondary Market.

You should be able to facilitate negotiations between the parties involved to help get the unit’s availability and prices. In addition, your responsibility also entails advising clients on the prevailing market conditions and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

Searching and recommending Off-plan/ Secondary Market properties suiting the client’s requirements and budget.

Accompanying clients on developer visits and advising on unit and project selection.

Offering and negotiating contract terms with clients and assisting with gathering and submitting the necessary documents.

Understanding clients’ housing preferences and requirements.

Qualify leads and data management and update the CRM with the client’s feedback and lead progress.

Prospecting and screening potential clients and comparing properties to identify the best market options.

Conducting and attending face-to-face meetings with clients in mall stands and kiosks.

Continually networking and identifying business opportunities, including attending real estate exhibitions and events and keeping updated with the latest local and national property market information and laws.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)

Excellent communication skills, written and spoken

Strong networking, negotiation, and selling skills

Impressive client servicing skills

Demonstrating a strong code of ethics and reliability

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.

50% up to 70% Commission structure
