The Leasing Agent will showcase apartments to potential renters, lease apartments to qualified applicants
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting new business through warm calling/emailing our existing databases
- Handle and follow up on leads.
- Qualifying new leads
- Networking to become an area specialist within your assigned community
- Conducting viewings
- Negotiating and finalising deals
Required Skills/Abilities:
– Fluency in English
– Outgoing and friendly attitude
– Ability to make others feel welcome and comfortable
– Excellent interpersonal skills with good sales and customer service skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience:
– 1 to 2 years of related experience in real estate
