About the job

We are currently looking for BIM Manager with experience in Design Development consisting of residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments projects.

· Minimum 12 Years UAE Experience using the Revit software (Architectural) and other relevant software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds max and etc)

· Responsible for the effective implementation and compliance of BIM standards, processes and protocols both at organization and project level.

· Planning, design, delivery and efficient management of the BIM plan.

· Develop and enforce BIM documentation and workflow process standards.

· Develop accurate drawings and extract data based on the discipline BIM platform.

· Provide guidance and assistance with design projects to ensure they are setup and progress optimally, and teams are using Revit appropriately

· Ability to work independently and collaboratively

· Good multitasking and ability to manage strict deadlines

· IMMIDIATELY AVAILABLE

· preferably staying in Dubai
