We are hiring for an Accountant with UAE experience in the Aviation Industry, who will be involved in the day-to-day operations of the company in a fast-paced environment. Minimum 2 years’ experience of Accounts & Finance experience. This role will be responsible for :-
1. Liaise with financing banks, assess trade profitability, actively participate, and control the bank-related reconciliations and transactions.
2. Ensure all invoices and payments (payable and receivable) take place in a timely and effective manner of all suppliers and ensuring an efficient paper trail is in place.
Capability to manage Accounts & taxation needs of a growing organization in a dynamic way.
3. Ensure that business transactions in the ERP Oracle Financials are reported in accordance with IFRS.
4. Handling the VAT reporting and submission in coordination with the VAT consultant.
5. Handling accounting transactions like posting journal entries, reconciliation of accounts, etc.,
6. Establishes system controls for new financial systems and develops procedures to improve existing systems.
Skills Required: –
a) CMA/CPA/CIMA/ACCA preferred
b) Advanced Excel
c) Oracle Net suite
d) Good working knowledge in power point.
e) Excellent communication skills.
f) RUSSIAN SPEAKING PREFERRED
