Responsibilities :-
Job description: he will be responsible for full Finance department – Developer (including TAS – trust accounting system, audits, RERA Audit, A/R, A/P, MIS reporting, daily reporting, reconciliation, P&L, Escrow banks, Financial Analysis, cash flows, collection reports, gap analysis etc.
• Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and annual budget reports
• Maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions for the offices
• Recording, classifying, and summarizing financial transactions and events in accordance with accepted accounting principles and financial reporting standards
• Notifying & investigating any abnormalities in the disbursement of company’s funds
• Validating marketing invoices, preparing payments to suppliers and preparing marketing invoices
• Validating deals files and calculating external party and internal staff commission
• Disbursement of Commission to agents through Cash or Cheque payments
• Verifying and preparing the client maintenance payments
• Computation and payment of staff salaries on a monthly basis
• Advising and assisting the Management in the compilation and control of the budget
• Ensuring appropriate financial control in compliance with UAE legislation
• Advising on the improvement of financial management system, internal control system and the use of financial management software
• Cooperating with external auditors to carry out the annual external audit process
• Supervising the day-to-day operation of the finance department
• Other financial management duties assigned by the CEO’s Office
• Directed adequate systems of internal control to ensure accuracy and adequacy of accounting records and documentation, including appropriate procedure.
• Ensure all financial transaction is complying with Group Financial policy.
• Fund & Working Capital management.
• Finalization of Accounts, Finalization of External Audit/Internal Audit, Budgeting and monitoring the same with Actuals.
Finance Manager Requirements :-
• Degree in finance/accounting or related (essential).
• International Accounting Standards Board (IASB) accreditation (essential).
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license (essential).
• 5 years of work experience as a Finance Manager (essential).
• Thorough understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
• Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail with superb organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
• Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, SAP, and other financial planning software.
