PURPOSE OF THE ROLE:
The execution, optimization and monitoring of multi-channel CRM campaigns (Email, SMS & Push Notifications):
- Brand CRM Strategy Implementation: Acquisition and Retention
- Develop Actionable Insights from Business, Market and Consumer Data
- Multi-Channel CRM Marketing Calendar
- CRM Marketing budget efficiencies; Maximizing ROI

- Manage Relationships with Internal and External stakeholders
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Brand CRM Strategy Implementation
- Day-to-day management and execution of targeted CRM campaigns.
- Brief campaigns to the technical CRM team, to ensure accurate selection of target audience, segments and variable content placement.
Develop Actionable Insights from Business, Market and Consumer Data
- Recommend actions based on analysis/create contingency plans to ensure keeping markets on track.
- Keep abreast of global and local market trends & competitor developments.
- Input insights into brand and innovation plans.
- Competition tracking per market: CRM Tactics, LTOs, Pricing
- Amplify the voice of consumer within the organization through reflecting understanding of consumer insights.
Multi-Channel CRM Marketing Calendar
- World class execution of both local and regional campaigns,to ensure campaigns/programmes hit required KPIs.
- Running and adhering to campaign workflows and customer selection, ensuring a high level of accuracy, and proactively developing and evolving these processes for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Regional and Local Marketing Teams to ensure all campaigns are aligned on time and properly executed.
- Tracking & measuring of all the CRM marketing campaigns while capturing insights/key learnings & addressing recommendations.
Marketing budget efficiencies; Maximizing ROI
- Support local marketing budget control and management.
- Measure ROI / ROAS
- Plan the CRM marketing expenses with a zero-based budget mind-set focusing on CRM/digital media.
- Manage monthly dashboard / tracker providing visibility to ensure efficiency of marketing budget spent.
CRM Optimization:
- Competitive review (marketing activities, budgets, CRM channels split, SOV/SOE )
- CRM tactics reviewed and refined on a country level to maximize ROI.
- Focus on CRM, Digital media & latest market trends
- Produce CRM insights for CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) improvements
- CRM & market segmentation to retain & regain our customers, increasing LTV.
- Identify new segments to target
- Continually review UX / UI email templates for best practice / CRO
- Refine & evolve automated flows
- Performance Marketing Optimization via CRM
- Manage CRM roadmap for continuous improvement
LSM/Manage marketing at a country level:
- Coach local teams on CRM best practice
- Communicate with Local Teams (daily / weekly) to identify content opportunities
- Work closely with local marketing teams to deliver best in class CRM
- Create CRM reports by market and provide insights for continuous improvements
Manage Relations with Internal and External Stakeholders
- Establish goals and objectives for task/project.
- Working with different key stakeholders.
- Work with agency to curate ‘nuanced & localized’ content
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Marketing, Digital or Related Field
- MBA Preferred
Experience:
- 5-6 years’ experience with proven results in Marketing at QSR/F&B industry.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and experience working on complex projects.
- Strong cross-functional experience with the ability to manage multiple projects on various levels.
- Strong ability to work independently and cooperatively in an ambiguous team environment to achieve goals.
Region Specific:
- Extensive living and working experience in the Middle East; fluent in English and Arabic language skills.
- Have broad appreciation and capability to promote cultural, gender and religious diversity across the business.
- Role may require travel within the region.
