ASTUDIO, a one-stop creative, digital and production agency, is looking to employ a full-time Senior Account Manager – Sales – a strategic, passionate account manager with solid sales experience working in a video production house or digital agency and an eye for spotting business opportunities from a mile away.
What you need to do:
- Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, growth areas, trends, clients, products, and services
- Meet and exceed targets and budgets
- Grow our business by researching leads, establishing rapport with potential clients, and arranging chemistry meetings
- Ensure efficient collaboration with the creative team to meet your clients’ requirements
- Manage client leads in different sectors including luxury, fashion, tourism, and the government sector
- Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements and financials
- Develop quotes and proposals for new clients
- Create winning proposals and RFPs to gain new business
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Experience in managing RFPs / sales for governmental clients is an added bonus
- Strong project management skills
- Previous experience in a video production / digital agency is essential
- Excellent command of the English language
- Arabic is a major plus
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance with a proactive, can-do attitude
