A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of “Receptionist”.

This key position will be responsible for assisting with administrative duties within the Aftersales Department and ensuring the highest level of customer support is maintained.

Salary will be between 4,000 to 4,300/ Month – commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Operate smoothly for high level of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure high level of Customer Satisfaction for customer retention and business development.
  • Follow a defined aftersales process; and use company-provided systems to track, record, follow-up, and capture all related activity in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls. Direct caller to appropriate department or individual or takes a thorough message.
  • Raise necessary invoices to ensure timely delivery and collection of payment from customers.
  • Ensure effective personal and telephonic communication with customers regarding charges, approvals and negotiations.
  • Data entry & updating customer records.
  • Communicates with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly and efficient manner.
  • Assist in sales orders processing, quotes, and shipping arrangement.
  • Proactively prepare, send and follow-up on all aftersales quotations on time.
  • Provide price proposals to customers.
  • Resolve all customer queries in a positive manner. To maintain a healthy client base, guide all queries to relevant departments where required.
  • Receive customers’ complaints and inquiries via email and coordinate with assigned team member to respond/ follow up.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work assignments.
  • Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with management, customers, suppliers, and external representatives.

Qualifications

  • Previous Reception/Call Centre/Telephone Operator experience essential.
  • Automotive Aftersales exposure would be preferred, but not essential.
  • Proactive, hardworking, motivated approach.
  • Courteous, polite, telephone and interpersonal manner
  • Must be self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret basic reports.
  • Strong Communication skills.
  • Strong personality with ability to find solutions under pressure.
  • Ability to work on ERP-based program to receive the new carts and machinery.
