Creative Zone Group is growing and we have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Administrator to join us as part of our expanding Group Finance team in one of our group entities in Sharjah. As the Finance Administrator you will mainly assist the Finance Team in day-to-day tasks and operations. you will also support Senior Accountant to monitor and clear transactions on the Internal ERP system.
To join our team you will have :
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- Work experience in a customer facing service environment.
- Understanding of Accounts Payables and Receivables would be an advantage
- Excellent Communication skills
- Strong IT skills
- Currently based in UAE
Your responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring and clearing transactions on the Internal ERP system
- Assisting in vouching and verification of supplier invoices
- Tagging accounts for customers and suppliers in the Accounting Software
- Handling petty cash
- Booking bills to the expense/cost accounts with supporting documentations
- Assisting Senior Accountant to perform daily reconciliations of cash, cheque, and credit card transactions.
- Assisting Senior Accountant to prepare daily management reports
- Assisting Senior Accountant in Funds Clearing process.
- Assisting in audits when necessary
- Supporting team members on all accounting processes when required.
- Performing other tasks as assigned by line manager.
