We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager to join our international team at our headquarters in Dubai. He/she will be working with a diverse and multinational team to help with the company’s projects by servicing the strategic financial needs of internal customers and to lead and develop the provision of their accountancy.
The Senior Finance Manager will bring onboard professional expertise in origination, syndicate, structuring, strategy, and reconciliation.
Responsibilities:
- Improve and audit all the transactions with regards to the client’s funds and withdrawals
- Follow up with client’s payment channels and methods, check for fraud and reconcile the general ledger
- Reconcile client’s funds account
- Monitor and track the completion status of all reconciliations and ensure completion on time
- Prioritize client’s accounts according to risk ranking
- Leading the provision of financial direction as well as supporting and analyzing the payment solutions and projects
- Commissioning effective and efficient services which meet the goals and objectives of Multibank
- Actively participate in strategic projects aimed on enhancing valuation control infrastructure
- Acting as a reviewer and first point of escalation for valuation control process and Multibank policy
- Subsequently provide advice and guidance to upper management on future financial plans
- Maintaining accurate financial records and provide financial reports
- Use metrics to measure performance and improve the reconciliation process
Qualifications:
- Must have prior experience from a financial institution, ideally from a FX brokerage firm
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in a big 4 or big 10 audit firm is a MUST
- Prior experience as a Finance Manager
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting or economics
- Professional qualification such as CPA or CMA
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Improve the performance of the team through the provision of strategic financial advice
