Responsibilities
On-time collection of invoices from outsourced transport vendor shipping lines through email web login – Land Freight Sea Freight cost validation in jobs and purchase invoice posting taking care of Debit Credit notes from lines and updating immediately
– Coordinate with the Transport and Sea Freight team for the job and related updates – Full taking care of shipment process initial level to cost validation till billing process He will be responsible for the Job audit and will make sure all shipments are billed to the customer on time
– Strong coordination with the Accounts team
– Updating a specific accounting part in Fresa
– Daily weekly and monthly SOA generation to customers
– Monthly accounts reconciliation
– Coordination with team leaders for job shipment-related issues
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in commerce or accounting
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures
Minimum 3+ Years UAE Work experience as an Accountant
High skills in dealing with financial and numeric data
Both verbal and written communication skills are required
Proficiency in Computer skills.
Salary : 4500 AED.
