We are looking to hire an HRMS Project Manager who will be responsible for the delivery of IT Projects for our client in Dubai – one of the largest conglomerates in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable.
HRMS Project Manager responsibilities will include defining, planning and implementing various IT projects. The candidate will also ensure the required involvement of internal stakeholders and vendors.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end project initiation and planning process, including technical and business analysis, quality assurance, managing and selecting appropriate resources required, analyze risks and create a comprehensive plan approved by all parties involved.
- Manage project implementation and control by taking care of all aspects including budget control, communication, technical and business documentation management, risk mitigation, team management, change management.
- Develop and present comprehensive reports for key stakeholders and PMO.
- Manage governance of the assigned projects including defining, changing and creating processes, conducting seminars and presentations for higher management, collaborating with IT architecture and PMO to ensure timely delivery, ensure project frameworks are up to date.
- Be involved in team management activities including assigning tasks and managing individual and project priorities.
Knowledge, skills & experience:
- BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in managing complex IT Projects like software development, implementation and customization projects for enterprise-level organizations.
- Prior experience with HRMS implementation.
- Strong ability to communicate fluently in English.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
- Experience in risk management, quality assurance control and procurement.
- Experience with the Agile PM approach.
- PMP / Agile certification is preferred.
