The Candidate
As corporate sales manager, you will join a committed sales team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.
We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think ‘on your feet’ during changing situations is also essential.
You’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Active business development, client relationship management, hotel show arounds, networking / business entertainments.
- Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients.
- Actively sell all hotel services through sales calls, entertainment, sales trips, events, and other channels.
- Understand the overall GCC & European business and market, competitors’ winning points, economic trends, supply, and demand and identify the opportunities to sell above competitors.
- Know the business in the market including where and why clients book at competitor hotels.
- Identify business trends and sales opportunities that can improve corporate client performance and ways to maximize and exceed revenue goals.
- Develop and implement creative marketing channels, including social media channels.
- Monitor segment productivity and targets.
- Identify best opportunities for future business based on hotel needs.
- Use negotiating skills and creative selling abilities to close business for hotel and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Effectively manage and develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain a central and up to date file of all rates contracted, offers and promotions in place.
- Budget, strategies and execute sales plan as requested.
- Review market analysis to determine client needs, occupancy potential, desired rates, etc.
- Prepare and review weekly sales report, listing daily efforts, including a summary of all definite and tentative business booked along with any cancellations and/ or lost business.
- Enhance the hotel’s community image and stays abreast of competition, new development, and sales methods and techniques in the hotel industry.
- Develop a strategic plan by studying technological and financial opportunities, presenting assumptions, and recommending objectives.
Requirements
What are we looking for:
- Previous 4 – 5 years of experience in the hospitality Industry with relevant background
- Strong interpersonal skills to develop and foster beneficial relationships especially with business partners
- High level of passion in the Sales including F&B commercial, enthusiasm and drive for result
- Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
- Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
- Communicates a clear and consistent message regarding departmental goals to produce desired results.
