We are seeking a service-oriented and self-motivated professional to join our Field IT support team. In this role, you will work on maintaining and monitoring the computer systems and networks for our business. You will be tasked with solving computer systems, Printers, Windows issues, CCTV on sites, and will collaborate with team members across all departments to assist them with their technical requirements in Head Office and on sites.
IT Support Duties and Responsibilities
· UAE driving License is MUST
· Install and configure software and computer systems.
· Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
· Walk colleagues or clients through steps to help them resolve their technical problems
· Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
· IT Assets management of Office IT hardware and sites.
· Support the implementation of computer systems, Printers, Configuration etc.
· Microsoft Windows Installation, MS Office, Antivirus, ERP software Installation and latest updates and patches for smooth running of systems on sites and Head Office.
· Create AD accounts for new users, Joining PCs to the Domain and installation of all necessary software.
· Autodesk AutoCAD software Installation, Revit, Photoshop Installation and activation for design engineers onsite and office.
· Structured Cabling for offices and sites, CAT 6 Cables Crimping, testing on sites and Offices of Tiger Group.
· Access Cards Activation and maintenance of Access Control systems for Tiger GYMs and Parking Cards.
· Taking Fingerprints of new employees on sites and uploading to central attendance system.
· IP Phones Installation, Maintenance, and reporting.
· CAT6 Cable Crimping RJ45 Connectors
· Forticlient VPN Client Installation on PCs.
· Knowledge of Basic Networking Concepts (Switch, Firewall, Hub)
· Coordination with different vendors and suppliers for ELV systems (WiFi, CCTV, Access Control, Computer Networking) implementation on sites.
IT Support Requirements and Qualifications
· Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
· 2+ years of experience in a technical support role.
· Certifications are preferred, but not required.
· Working knowledge and expertise with a variety of software, hardware, and applications.
· Willingness to solve complicated problems and see projects through to completion.
· Analytical skills to study problems and records and identify solutions.
· Strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
· Ability to manage time and effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time.
