A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of “Finance Manager”.

• Oversees Finance department on areas of finance and accounts, receivables & payables, policy matters, reporting etc.
• Analyze costs, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans
• Prepare Budget models align with feasibility models and cost reports and overheads to develop automated P&L, Cash flows & Balance Sheet
• Manage Internal & External annual audits, as per IFRS accounting practices.
• Prepare MIS reports to provide feedback to top management on various aspects of financial performance, reporting analysis of financial results, departmental cost review, cash flow, key performance indicators .
• Manage treasury functions involving optimum utilization & liquidity position of funds.
• Ensure costs are correctly allocated to the projects, review of project work in progress.
• Implement policies, procedures, detailed work processes and best practices to achieve desired financial results on projects.
• Ensure compliance of UAE VAT Regulations ,prepare & review of periodic VAT Returns
• Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting with Real Estate experience
• Chartered Accountant qualification
• Experience within commercial Real Estate, property management and asset valuation with at least 8 years’ in a managerial position.
• Must have expertise in Real Estate portfolio Performance and Property Management Costs
• Expertise in Microsoft Office and Microsoft AX
• Must be willing to be based in Abu Dhabi and fluency in Arabic language (Written& Oral)
