Main Scope
- Renew, apply for new all residence and labour including medical and emirates ID, Update HRIS system with all up to date details, Follow up the tenancy and licences renewals and contracts for all the branches.

Main Performance Areas
Duties & Responsibilities
- Submit and ensure the processing of all types of applications and paperwork to the local government bodies.
- Submit and ensure the processing of all types of employment and residence visas, labor permits etc.
- Proactively manage the timely renewal of all Employment Visas and Labor Permits.
- Assist employees in renewing visas for their immediate dependents with their inquires.
- Assist eligible grades for their dependents in the medical check process, EIDA and in Visa processing (New and renewal).
- Send employees a notification of documentation required prior to their visa/labor card expiring.
- Manage the visa checklist as when the rules for visa/labor changes.
- Maintain database of all passports and residence visas by scanning all documents and directly updating the database when details change.
- Submit detailed reports related to petty cash (medical and EIDA) to the finance department.
- Monitor Guest Visit and Travel Authorization for Kuwait guest and employees.
- Supervising & controlling administration tasks related to staff & guest travel bookings.
- Handle the renewal of the Hotels contracts.
- Prepare all related Arabic Correspondence (NOC for driving, NOC for Umrah, car registration, etc.)
- Prepare staff permissions monthly report.
- Handle tenancy and Lice renewals and contracts.
- Handle Vehicle files repair and periodic vehicle reports.
- Any other task related to his work or requested by the management.
