Performs accurate and relevant processing, recording and reporting in accordance with Standard Accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities
- Handle Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, budgeting etc
- Experience in costing is a plus
- Recording of services, assets, and office supplies from suppliers & processing corresponding payments on the due date.
- Recording of Inter-company transactions, finance charges and other related corporate expenses.
- Preparation of monthly reconciliation between the bank and inter-company transactions.
- Preparing closing schedules in the shared folder (Management Accounts, PPE, AP Aging, Inter-company transactions, Bank reconciliation, Accruals, Prepayment amortizations) and closing the period.
- Recording of bank pooling entry transactions related to bank accounts of UAE business units.
- Recording of Fixed asset capitalisation and running monthly depreciation in the system.
- Checking and control of prepayments and accruals.
- Recording corporate payroll-related accounting transactions in the system and allocating them to business units.
- Finalizing and allocating corporate expenses to UAE & KSA business units in the month end.
- Recording and allocating of Corporate Petty Cash transactions to business units related to all petty custodians and process corresponding payments.
- Monthly petty cash counting activities.
- Preparation of monthly Group Flash report.
- Preparation of monthly consolidated Inventory provision and Inventory ageing reports.
- Preparation of other ad-hoc reports required by Group Financial Controller and Treasury department related to banks.
- Reconciles bank, general ledger control accounts, and vendor balances before processing payment on a regular basis.
- Prepares audit requirements, and job-related communications and coordinates with the concerned department and or business units.
- Performs other related tasks as required by the immediate supervisor and or the Group Financial Controller.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or relevant field
Education Requirements
- Minimum: 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
Required Skills & Abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, including the ability to operate computerized accounting and spreadsheet program
- Excellent data entry skills
- Good communication skills
- The Arabic Language is a plus
