MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
Lead and manage the marketing function as a strategic enabler to support sustainable business growth and revenue generation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
1. Provide strong leadership and management support to the team
2. Develop the strategic marketing plan for the business unit or cluster
3. Manage the marketing budget
4. Position the business unit as the desired healthcare brand
5. Maintain and build sustainable relationships
REQUIRED EDUCATION
Essential: At least 3-5 years’ experience in marketing within a fast-paced marketing environment
Sound track record in a senior marketing role
Desired: Experience in the healthcare sector in UAE
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Essential: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing (experience is seen as more valuable than a formal qualification)
Desired: Relevant Degree in Marketing
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications
- Demonstrate a good understanding and application of all relevant legislative and regulatory requirements and policies
- Demonstrate an ability to manage financial resources in a manner that will support the achievement of marketing objectives set out for the business unit or cluster
- Demonstrate knowledge, insight and experience in the UAE healthcare market
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of branding and brand management
