ROLE PURPOSE:
Management of Aspen business in UAE & Yemen to achieve local sales budget for retail & tender, this includes leading the sales force team, managing communication with distributors & customers in private and tender sectors. Act as the point of contact and representative for Aspen business in UAE & Yemen.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Full management of Aspen dedicated sales force team which includes, hiring, On boarding, performance management in addition to employee’s development, retention & motivation.
- Managing daily communication with distributors to drive business growth.
- Driving the relevant promotion strategy with sales force team and distributor partners.
- Identification and implementation of sales growth strategies.
- Monitor distributor’s performance in terms of sales &supply.
- Forecasting: drive local sales forecast with involvement from distributors and local teams
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base.
- Manage local OPEX budgeting and spending to drive products awareness and business growth.
- Identify competitive activities, which may impact sales goals/ strategies
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor Degree in Pharmacy
- Three (3) years in UAE
- One (1) year preferably in Pharmaceuticals
