This is an opportunity for someone with an entrepreneurial flair in a small but well established healthcare focused mergers and acquisitions / equity raising consulting practice; the candidate should be willing to take responsibility and ownership of the tasks assigned to him/her and demonstrate the willingness, commitment and persistence required to get M&A transactions over the line.
Responsibilities
- Financial modelling and analysis
- Analyze industry and company specific data
- Prepare sell side information memorandums
- Prepare and make presentations for the management / clients
- Provide due diligence and legal execution support from origination to closure of mergers and acquisitions and other consulting transactions
- Multi-tasking skills and willingness to work in a small team
Qualifications
- Preferably a Chartered Accountant with a degree in Business / Finance
- 3-5 years’ financial analysis and modeling experience
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and MS Office
