Do you have experience working within an IATA Travel agency / OTA (Online Travel Agency)? Then you are the person we are looking for! We are urgently hiring to fill in the role of “Assistant Manager – Operation” for our Dubai office.
ROLES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manages all aspects of Travel operations including Reservations, familiar with various GDS, Ticketing, Travel coordination and Customer support, handles tour assignments and has overall control over day-to-day operations.
Engaging with Suppliers to increase revenue/yield and with customer’s to ensure customer satisfaction.
Needs to be service-oriented with strong multi-tasking skills, work well under pressure and have the right attitude and be a team player.
Guides the operations teams to address any customer feedback and vendor management issues and is able to think clearly in emergencies.
Educational Qualification – Graduate
Work Experience – 05 – 08 years

Salary: AED 5,000.00 – AED 7,000.00 per month
