Creative Zone Group is expanding and we have a fantastic opportunity for an Innovative Marketing Manager to join our in-house marketing team in Dubai and support our expansion into the KSA market
This role will ideally suit a dynamic marketing professional who has experience in both digital and offline marketing. You will be an expert in Lead Generation, PR, Social Media, CRM, ROI reports and everything in between! With the proven ability to create and deliver an inspiring vision and successful marketing strategy.
To join our team you will have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field
- Experience in both Digital and Offline Marketing
- Knowledge of the KSA commercial market would be advantageous.
- Experience in creating and delivering a full marketing strategy end to end.
- Expert Lead Generation and Social Media experience
- Previous budget management experience
- Ability to measure and report ROI for all marketing activities.
- Proven Experience of executing successful PR campaigns
- Excellent CRM knowledge
- Event management experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous Leadership experience
- A positive can-do attitude with a passion for all things marketing
- Currently based in UAE
Your responsibilities will include:
- Developing tactical marketing and PR campaigns in line with company objectives
- Overall responsibility for brand management and identity, developing and executing marketing strategies
- Managing the internal marketing team and external marketing partners for all marketing, product, communications and creative services
- Monitoring and reporting on effectiveness of marketing communications and ROI.
- Approving the development of effective advertising, promotional programs, website content, marketing budget and other marketing-related projects
- Focusing on content marketing, CRM, social media engagement and activation, SEM, SEO, website development projects, campaigns and lead generation management
- Preparing online and print marketing campaigns and work closely with agency and help in content creation and launch campaigns
- Communicating with various media buyers, advertising agencies, printers and other services
- Organizing promotional events at trade shows and other venues, coordinate with staff and external vendors to ensure prompt delivery of materials and merchandise
- Working closely with sales and marketing team to conceptualize marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Representing the company at events and trade shows.
- Sourcing advertising opportunities and placing adverts in the press, radio or TV as appropriate to maximize company exposure
- Working with in-house designers to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
- Generating reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-based analytics tools and also presenting this data in an easy to understand format.
