The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
- Responsible for the pursuit, identification, and generation of new business opportunities for the hospital.
- Involves in Evaluating, Negotiating, and closing the terms and conditions (MOUs) with new business partners about the agreements and finalization of business.
- Establish a strong network of tie-ups to generate revenue and improve profitability.
- Research and analyze the market through comprehensive feasibility studies on services that are catering to the specifics of the locality.
- Organize events and promotional activities for the development of hospital brand and Services provided.
- Obtain and source market-intelligence reports and competitor activities.
- Analyze, interpret as well as justify the budgets and forecasts in-coherence with long-term business plans
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3 – 4 years prior industry-related business development experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies
