We’re looking for an experienced HR Manager to run all aspects of HR across CREATE MEDIA GROUP – UAE, KSA & Egypt. The Head of HR will be supported by our Culture and Talent Manager, the Finance Director, and the Head of Operations.

Arabic speaker preferable.

Responsibilities Include

  • Manage the full HR process focused on recruitment, talent review, growth and ongoing assessment, definition of compensation and benefits, offer letters and DMCC contracts and onboarding strategy with support of Team Culture Manager. All financial details to be aligned and communicated with finance as part of this function. * Definition and ongoing optimisation of team Performance Management Strategy in collaboration with line Managers and senior management teams.
  • Alignment with Department Heads, Senior teams for all promotions and increases – supported by Team Culture Manager and Finance Team.
  • Support Line Managers with all Disciplinary Procedures as well as HR issues that are personal which sometime arise.
  • Oversight on all leave requests to ensure time is properly managed in systems.
  • Work with legal council for all documents (contracts, promotions, terms of engagement, terminations etc)
  • Define, align and communicate HR Policies and Procedures to internal teams. Ensure the CMG Handbook up to date with DMCC Contract information as needed – supported by Culture Manager
  • Updates to offer letters / contracts to share with individual and finance based on promotions/role changes.
  • Annual Travel Tickets: communication and fee discussions as needed.
  • Medical Process and Procedures (liaising with Medical provider representative to ensure best deals for team members)
  • Work with Finance to implement and manage Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Expense claims, All forms of Leave, Loans, Airfare etc.
  • Recruitment, onboarding and support for Interns and junior team members with department heads.
  • Define and Manage the ongoing Recruitment process: actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions with Business Unit leaders, posting ads with the support of the brand team and managing the hiring process with interviews and assessments (supported by Assistant Ops Manager)
  • Support ongoing talent acquisition and recruitment for roles in house.
  • Key escalation point for all HR Related issues.

Required Qualifications/Experience (for Hiring)

  • DMCC experience is preferable (Free zone processes and procedures)
  • Knowledge of UAE Labour Law essential – full understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures required.
  • Qualified HR professional
  • Industry experience in similar agency type environment

  • Contracts and offer letters
  • Freelancer Documentation * Legal/ Official Letters (NOC requests, Salary/bank certificates)
  • Salary reviews/ updated contracts (internal and DMCC) with Line Managers
