About the role
We are looking for an experience CRM Marketing Manager to join our Growth & Digital Strategy team in Dubai, UAE. Given the expansion of our marketplaces, we are looking for an individual to handle all the day to day operations of outbound communications (Push notifications, emails, in-apps etc.) and ensure that we have strong engagement rate across different channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solely responsible for all outbound communications across digital channels (Push notifications, emails etc.) across different market places
- Understanding the customer profiles and segmenting them for targeted communication
- Build, test and execute campaigns for each customer segment, managing the end-to-end process
- Lead the design and messaging of all communication in coordination with design, content and brand marketing teams
- Conduct analysis to assess impact/uplift from tests / campaigns, producing regular reports on performance
- Identify new channels to drive existing customer engagement
Basic Qualifications
- 2-3 years experience handling CRM Marketing communications with e-commerce firms
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment
- History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills;
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results
- Good analytical skills and Excel proficiency
- Expertise and significant experience in all gamut of retention marketing channels (Email, SMS, In-app, Push Notifications)
- Sound knowledge in MS Excel, Google Analytics, Braze and/or other similar digital tools.
- Experience managing a team
