A well-known and well-reputed Company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates is looking for an experienced, skilled, competent, mature, qualified, creative, and intelligent candidate with significant knowledge and relevant working experience for the position of  “HR Office Manager”.

  • Implementing and adhering to the SHEQ Management System and Company Policies
  • Managing employee filing systems
  • Maintain and update the HR system
  • Review health insurance of employees and renew the policy every year
  • Managing the car fleet with Thrifty and liaise with them for new car orders and cancellations
  • Developing and implementing new administrative systems, such as record management
  • Recording office expenditure and managing budget accordingly
  • Overseeing the recruitment of employees
  • Overseeing the induction process for new employees and maintain the records
  • Training and induction of new employees where applicable
  • Ensuring adequate employment levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload
  • Conducting employee appraisals and managing performance
  • Delegating necessary tasks and managing employee workload and output
  • Promoting staff development and training
  • Implementing and promoting equality and diversity policy
  • Report compilation for senior management, including but not limited to financial reports, staff performance, service development, annual reviews
  • Involvement in management discussions relating to the organization’s policies and strategic development
  • Responding to customer enquiries and complaints
  • Reviewing and updating health and safety policies and ensuring correct observation
  • Attending conferences and training
  • In overall charge of the HR department including the company driver and PRO.
  • Should take responsibility in ensuring the drivers schedule is maintained and safe driver policies are up to date
  • Implement new labour laws into the HR Employee Handbook and ensure it is distributed
  • Ensuring employee visas are renewed and new employee visas are processed in a timely manner
  • Maintain records and files for new company set ups
  • Manage all documentation for each office, ensuring they are maintained
  • Ensuring employees have parking renewed with Concordia
  • Office purchase orders
  • Managing the office cleaner
  • Managing the maintenance of the office and ensuring it is completed on a monthly basis
  • Ensuring the office equipment is serviced and maintained
  • Organizing office events and team building exercises
  • Update and maintain the overview for DU telecom for employees
  • Arrange travel and accommodation for employees and directors

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Must be fluent in English both written and verbal
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communications skills
  • +5 years’ experience in a similar role in the UAE
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
  • Human resources qualified with CIPD Level 5 or 7
