Magnum Security is one of the leading security companies in Dubai and we are seeking a HR Manager to join our successful team. Reporting to the Director, the successful candidate will play an instrumental role and will bring its contribution to build a successful Team.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
. End-to-end accountability for HR Services to employees, managers and leaders.
. Support the business with key financial and HR metrics
. Ensure that the company HR operational policies and processes are adhered to and continually improved.
· Assist in all activities concerning the sourcing & recruitment of staff, performance management, staff discipline and HR administration.
· To coordinate all matters of employee work permits and visas.
· To coordinate and / or conduct departmental training and conduct new hire orientation program.
. To define, implement and plan the achievement of goals, objectives and performance SLAs/KPIs across all operations of the company.
· Implement corporate policies and procedures on compensation, incentive, bonus and benefits.
· Continually assess employee morale by analyzing absenteeism and turnover records, lateness and resignations.
· Coordinate and oversee all matters related to staff accommodation, facilities, and transport.
· Coordinate employee wellness and safety programs.
· Conduct needs analysis, develop, implement, and monitor training programs and materials.
· Assists other department heads / HOD’s in the formulation of HR policies and procedures for their respective departments.
· Provide guidance to the leadership team regarding employee morale, employee relations, coaching, counselling and discipline.
· Promote employee communication activities and channels, to encourage and enable feedback from staff.

Required from you for this role:
- Excellent English verbal and written communications skills.
- Proven experiences at a senior level of leading and inspiring a successful HR team in a people and service focused organization.
- Proven knowledge in developing and implementing a company-wide culture plan.
- Significant experience of initiating, delivering, leading and embedding change initiatives.
- Knowledge of risk analysis and management with reference to balancing people management, employment law and commercial/financial considerations.
Specifically required
- 4+ years’ experience in a senior human resources position.
- Masters degree in human resource management is a strong preference
