Responsibilities

  • Prepare comprehensive daily as well as monthly Cash, credit card, NEFT and online transaction reconciliation with HIS and shall match with TB balance
  • Ensuring cash collections are deposited in transguard machine after each shifts and same is reflected in the bank statement
  • Reconciliation of credit card collections with HIS as well as merchant settlement activity reports
  • Reconciliation of online fund transfer with HIS as well as CC avenue report
  • Maintain adequate petty cash float & manage reimbursements as per policy & procedures
  • All Physical patient refunds monitoring/checking and filing for audit
  • Check & perform internal controls all over the cashiers & related transactions
  • Independently handle Intra company as well as intercompany reconciliation of the aster hospital vertical
  • Maintaining the accuracy of the general ledger
  • Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
  • Monthly balance sheet and P & L reporting with analysis
  • Passing Journal vouchers entries on daily basis for account balancing and maintenance
  • Manage fixed assets and stock inventory accounting
  • Assisting both internal and external auditors and providing required data whenever requested

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field preferred
  • Five or more years of relevant experience
  • Experience working in Hospitals & hospital information system
  • Must have relevant experience in cash management
  • Oracle fusion experience preferred
