We are looking for an HR Manager to develop and look after all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes at Immersive Experiences.

The ideal candidate will work towards ensuring proper development and implementation of company policies, strategies, objectives, recruitment, performance management, training & development, and talent management as it relates to Human Resources.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and control the process of recruitment and induction of staff
  • Manage the HR practices in line with the culture of the organization
  • Ensure selection of the most suitable candidates for the organization
  • Advise managers on candidate selection and recommend changes
  • Bridge relations between management and employees by addressing different types of issues
  • Ensure planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employees
  • Facilitate active participation of each employee towards achieving common business goals
  • Organize required training programs and workshop for employees
  • Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and keeping up to date with relevant Labour Laws

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources
  • Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
  • Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
  • Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
  • Attention to detail and good judgement
