Operations Supervisor | Al Futtaim Logistics | Abu Dhabi

About The Job

We are currently looking for an experienced Operations Executive to join Al Futtaim Logistics in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will ensure effective supervision of Auto Units warehouse at Abudhabi branch. You will in charge of the proper planning and organization of warehousing and distribution prompt deliveries to dealer locations in Abudhabi and other Emirates

Specifically, Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Maximize SAP in all day to day transport planning activities to maintain system integrity and exceed Ensures that the structural layout of warehouse is in accordance with the equipment to be used so as to achieve its maximum efficiency.
  • Maintains effective coordination with internal and external customers in order to assist them in achieving their set goals and objectives.
  • Ensures proper stock maintenance and conduct of perpetual & annual stock taking as per the schedule provided by the trading companies.
  • Ensures proper maintenance of coy assets and equipment and their availability for use at the right time and right place.
  • Ensure preparation of monthly statement and fixed and variable workload for submission to Finance department for the preparation of monthly billing to customers. Updates data in SAP on time to get billing accuracy.

About You

The Operations Supervisor prime function is to plan, organize, monitor & supervise distribution of auto vehicles in a cost effective and efficient manner at the various customer locations hence the ideal candidate for this role should possess a Degree or Diploma preferably in Logistic, Administration, and Business. You should have at least over 5 years of experience in Logistics specifically in supply chain, transport, fleet management and warehouse management. You should also be able to communicate effectively and be able to demonstrate strong administrative competence.
