Job Description:

  • Ability to manage hard and soft and specialist services.
  • Project management and supervision of internal and external contractors ensuring a level of service and safety.
  • Liaising with association board members/owners/tenants on complaints and dispute resolution.
  • Liaising with local authorities such as Dubai Civil Defense, RTA, etc.
  • Asset tracking and management.
  • Plan and report back for essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, cleaning, parking management, waste disposal and recycling.
  • Defining service level agreements based key performance indicators for contractors’ performance evaluation
  • Provides supervision of operation and preventive maintenance of all MEP equipment, civil and structure of the mall
  • Ensure implementation of company policies and procedures.
  • Ensure asset performance efficiency as per equipment manufacturer recommendations.
  • Co-ordinate with other departments for any requirement related to FM.
  • Ensure completion of tasks within time frame or deadline specified by direct manager.
  • Ensures strict adherence to safety rules when undertaking maintenance and repair work.
  • Delivery a high standard of work performance and customer service, including handling and processing customer complaints and queries correctly.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

a) Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent qualification in Mechanical/Electrical or appropriate technical qualification.

b) Minimum 6 years’ relevant experience in MEP or facility-related experience.

c) Extensive knowledge of MEP/HVAC systems as well as operation of Building Management system and its components.

Competencies:

a) Facility and project management skills.

b) Computer literacy: MS windows applications.

c) Fluency in English is a must.

d) Strong organization and leadership skills.

e) Proven track record in staff/contractor management.

f) Excellent communication skills.

g) FM networking.

h) Leadership qualities.

i) Facilities management

j) Experience of CAFM Explorer or a similar system.
