Apply specialized depth and/or breadth of HR expertise and coaching to all departments on matters such as training and development, performance management and best HR policies and practices to ensure having the right people in the right place at the right time, developed, coached appropriately. Drive change strategy and visibly participates in communicating it through various channels.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of Human Resources strategy and implementation with advanced expertise knowledge and oversee its effectiveness to be aligned with the long term objectives of FAA’s.
  • Develop internal human resource databases and oversee maintenance of management system software to ensures its accuracy and integrity to support operational and reporting requirements.
  • Translate and link FAA’s Human Resources strategy into compensation philosophy, and recommend guidelines on policies and programs in order to attract, motivate and retain top performers.
  • Manage the performance management process.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and controls ensuring alignment with the organizational needs and compliance with regulatory requirements and applicable local and international standards.
  • Develop and implement learning, training and development framework, processes, programs, material and tools ensuring alignment with the organizational needs. Provide input towards improving existing programs, related processes and tools.
  • Address employee relations issues such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or other employee concerns.
  • Develop and design employee on-boarding and training & development initiatives. Ensure that new employees adopt the FAA’s value and be productive through on-boarding programs and employee services.
  • Act as a Trusted Business Partner to Line Managers in own area of expertise, consulting, driving strategy and monitoring efficient implementation for agreed activities.
  • Ensure to transfer the technical and practical knowledge to other employees of the Authority.

Qualifications

  • HR Bachelor’s degree
  • 7+ years’ experience in Training , Talent Management and performance Management.
