QUALIFICATION
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Aptitude for numbers and quantitative skills
- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant
- Familiarity with financial accounting statements
- Minimum 3 years in the area of Finance & accounting
- Being conversant with internal control procedures and concepts
- Ability to delegate duties, tasks and reports
- Experience in the use of data entry programs

- Persistence in finishing projects & readiness to go extra mile to avoid mistakes and produce new opportunities

Job Description:
Ā· Consolidation of Balance Sheet – Finalization of Accounts – Responsible for tracking collections and payments outstanding – Responsible for budgeting – Analyze and forecast financial requirements for the organization.
Ā· Administer all bank transactions
Ā· Reconciliation of Bank / Debtors / Creditors Accounts.
Ā· Design and prepare audit schedules for external audit processors
Ā· Provide support to the safekeeping of internal expenses in the company.
Ā· Monitor account reconciliation, tax, and calculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory data recording processes.
Ā· Manage and maintain finance-related programs and documents inclusive of future plans and programs.
Ā· Develop and formulate all reports and deliver presentation projects for repeated usage.
