Duties include but not limited to:
- Assist in IT asset procurement, hardware management & repair, Cell Phone Acquisition, Service provider account management.
- Ensure the integrity of United Safety’s Data and is kept confidential and disclosed only to individuals within United Safety and ensure strict adherence to United Safety Policies and Procedure.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Director of IT, EVP and other Senior Executives.
- Contribute to the function of the IT department in support of everything including Business Systems like Avanti, Spira, CRM MS Dynamics to new PC client rollouts to activating mobile devices, Server administration, WAN verification.
- IT support will include, but not limited to, Helpdesk support, User creation/Suspension, software packages such as operating systems, networking components and office applications on PCās, Tablets, Installs Peripherals, Printers and Monitors, Windows Server maintenance ā AD admin, hardware replacement, patches, MS Office support including vision and project, Skype for Business, One Drive, SharePoint, IP Networking, and Citrix support.
- License administration and PBX network phone administration.
- Assist the Products and Services manager with all assigned tasks
- Supervise the TeQ Shieldā¢ warehouse inventory, conducts maintenance, cleaning and ongoing inspections
- GAMS Warehouse: Receive, Inspect, service, calibrate, and dispatch all portable (Single & Multi), fixed Gas detection system, and Breathing apparatus.
- Ensure accurate record management for all Gas Detection equipment, based on their type and location.
- Maintain accurate inventory management for all spares, and consumables in relation to gas detection equipmentās.
- Handle POSI calibration of all the Breathing air equipment, and operate the gas detection docking station for Calibration, and bump test.
- Assist with TeQ Shieldā¢ Level 1 and Level 2 training courses.
- Act as SME for TeQ Shieldā¢ show and shines and demo trailer demonstrations.
- Maintain the TeQ Shieldā¢ equipment in the yellow rooms.
- Assist with project planning, including attending need assessments and completing installation and commissioning plans.
- Conduct Training session for the end users on the assigned business applications
- Other duties as assigned.
Must Have:
- Education:Bachelorās Degree
- Experience: 3 – 5 years
- Field experience in an oil/gas or construction industry is a plus.
- Currently located in Abu Dhabi

Able to go onsite a refinery or drilling rig.
You are diligent, attentive and can work as an effective team player.
You must be able to communicate clearly and calmly when faced with adverse situations.
