We are looking for a highly motivated, customer-focused Sales Manager to lead our sales activity in the United Arab Emirates territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning and profitable growth of our UAE business activity, contributing to our continuing global success.
Previous experience with construction technology services or IoT SMART solutions for the construction sector will be an advantage for this role.
Ā Job description:
- Provide support to existing customers and develop market opportunities to secure new customers.
- Promote WakeCap, demonstrating the support WakeCap provides for worker safety, increased productivity, SMART asset management, and many other workforce management solutions.
- Develop and implement an aggressive sales growth strategy for the territory
- Ensure clients are kept up to date with new products and new solutions developed but WakeCap.
- Prepare and deliver high-impact sales presentations, reports, and proposals.
- Align and achieve company sales goals for profitability, market share and customer satisfaction.
- Commitment to the implementation of the sales policy, performance indicators and functional tasks KPI on weekly, monthly, and annual basis.
- Generate leads, manage sales pipeline, and achieve sales targets.

- Record all sales activities and business opportunities using CRM on a daily basis.
Required Skills and Experience:
- IoT background managing large, complex, technology sales requiring C-level executive support.
- Knowledge of the construction and oil & gas industries.
- Proactive, enthusiastic, motivated with a passion for selling and business development.
- An existing knowledge of the sales process, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Experience representing and selling industry leading high-value, high-tech construction solutions.
- Excellent skills in persuasion, negotiation and dealing with clients.
- Ability to listen, flexibility to deal with problems and provide solutions.
- Proficiency in tasks and time management.
Required qualifications and job requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Civil Engineering, IT & Communications Engineering.
- Previous 3-5 years sales experience, Preferably with RTLS & IoT Solutions.
- Good Computer and English skills.
