Looking for a Sales Candidate (ONLY from the MICE industry)
Duties and Responsibilities:-
- Aims to maximize profits through developing sales strategies that match customer requirements and by promoting services or ideas.
- We are Sentro Bus are looking for a Sales Manager who wants to grow with us.
- Attending Calls, Booking, Planning, organizing, managing, and coordinating the Tours booked to ensure work is done and consistent with the company’s standards.
- Experience in Luxury Buses Travel or MICE company.
- Selling, Booking, and Coordinating the Tour to operate flawlessly, client servicing, B2B and B2C.
- Coordinating and keeping a check on repairs and routine maintenance of vehicles.
- Flexible to work on daily Operational coordination.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree related field.
- At least 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a similar industry.
- Knowledge of the travel industry.
- Critical thinking skills and knowledge of analytics.
- Ability to work well with team members and navigate stressful situations.
- Excellent leadership skills.
- Good conflict resolution skills.
