Job brief:
We are looking for a Business Manager to meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and futuristic. He will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the management. An ideal candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience in GCC with a sales management history in Consumer Electronics & Home Appliances category brands.
Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully empowering and managing the sales team.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Ensure distribution and penetration. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• As part of monthly MIS, present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
Qualification & Skills:
• Degree in Business Administration or related field of study
• Successful previous experience as Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Valid UAE / GCC Driving License
• Good personality with a flair for building rapport
• Exceptional communication skills
