KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedules appointments, gives information to callers, takes dictation, composes and types correspondence, reads and routes incoming mail, and performs other administrative and clerical duties.
• Handle Inbound and Outbound calls
• Update CRM related applications
• May act as custodian for local documents and records.
• Prepares memorandums outlining and explaining administrative procedures and policies to employees.
• Know and understand company Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Operating and Technical Procedures and Workplace Instructions.
• Must understand and comply with all safety rules and company policies.
• Work assignments carried out to the highest quality level.
• Maintaining and creating employee’s personal files
• Support in creating and validating the joining formalities
• Support in creating visa process
• Support in off-boarding process
QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS
• Min 2 years of proven working experience in general clerical and administrative experience.
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Having experience in data entry and working with CRM systems
• Prior billing or accounting experience is helpful.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Ability to interpret and follow a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedules form.
• Friendly and easy-going; should be able to work and interact with all levels of personnel.
• The physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations
SALARY: AED 4,000
