Qualifications:
- Preferably MBA International Business / Diploma in Export-Import Management / Supply Chain Management
- Minimum 8 years and above experience
Responsibility:
Logistics:
- Effectively manage Air & Sea Exports
- Effectively manage Air & Sea Imports
- Effectively manage all Couriers
- In charge of cross trade
- In charge of all documentation & follow-ups with the Ministry of Economy
- Inter-company coordination of Import & Export
Transport:
- Effectively manage all Domestic & GCC Transportation
- Effectively manage/schedule the Powerbar Fleet
- In charge of Powerbar Fleet Maintenance
- Documentation & follow up of PWD Toll Charges recovery
- Ensure that your subordinates adhere to the H&S policy and guidelines of the company.
- Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services
- Direct, optimize and coordinate full order cycle
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers
- Keep track of quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
- Arrange warehouse, goods, plan routes, and process shipments
- Resolve any arising problems or complaints
- Supervise, coach, and train warehouse workforce
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets
- Hazard identification and risk assessment
- Maintain metrics and analyze data to assess performance and implement improvements
- Identify resolve internal & external issues related to logistics
- Effectively manage the deployment of resources within the finished goods & packaging area.
- Ensure that your subordinates adhere to the H&S policy and guidelines of the company.
- Effectively manage the logistics requirements of the company – both domestic & international.

- Educate members in Health & Safety culture.
- To conduct an investigation regarding incidents encountered.
- To provide corrective actions to eliminate incident recurrence.
- Conduct regular toolbox talks to members regarding OHS issues.
- Coordinate with safety officer regarding all H&S Issues.
