The ideal candidate will be involved with preparing financial reports and statements, bank reconciliations, and conducting cyclical audits. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Create reports for various business needs
- Document filing and safekeeping
- Prepare VAT filing and reports
- Compile and analyse financial statements
- Manage budgeting and forecasting
- Inventory management
- Petty cash management
- Analyse costing
- Verify and approve all accounting entries
- Issue invoices
- Prepare and process employee payrolls
- Other administrative tasks as required by management
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
- Ability to interpret and analyse financial statements and periodicals
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with Tally
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
