The HR Business Partner will be responsible to manage and deliver all Business HR Strategies / Services for the assigned Business Division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and communicate HR solutions and programs to help businesses attract, retain and develop a diverse workforce.
• Source & hire new capabilities/skills as per business plan
• Consult with managers on performance management (including performance issues, disciplinary processes, and terminations, etc.), staffing plans, key selection decisions and strategies, compensation plans, and other issues.
• Reinforce a culture of performance, meritocracy, and diversity in line with established corporate objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Review and analyze data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve employee performance, retention, and employee engagement.

Desired Skills & Experience

Education: MBA degree with an Engineering background preferably

Work experience:

• 8 -12 years experience in an HR generalist role and previous experience as an HRBP with specific experience in the IT Services Industry.
• Experience in various facets of HR in companies, which are well recognized, for their HR systems, values & culture/people philosophy
• Customer orientation
• Regional experience in the Middle East would be beneficial
