The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, as well as having the ability to take initiative and prioritize client’s interests. A solid knowledge, communications skills, in addition to the ability to take charge and meet deadlines will ensure your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- The meeting, handling, and understanding client’s requirements.
- Preparing presentations and presenting to clients.
- Preparing new Architectural design layouts for clients as well as exterior designs.
- Preparing Detailed architectural drawings post client’s approval.
- Liaising and applying for municipal & governmental permits.
- Coordinating with the Civil and MEP Engineers for obtaining the required detailed drawings.
- Coordinating with the Technical Director for the preparation of tender documents.
- Coordinating with the construction contractor post tender award for project’s construction.
- Site supervision during the project’s construction.
- Facilitating the liaison between the contractor and the client till the project’s completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience within the same field.
- The candidate must be licensed by Abu Dhabi Municipality.
- The candidate must be available for immediate joining.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
- Great work ethic.
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and design-related programs.
