Requirement
Delivers the highest quality service to exceed our guest expectations.
Performs the check-in and check-out as per hotel standards.
Upsells and identify additional revenue opportunities.
Taking guest feedback seriously and advise hotel management.
The Candidate should be/have
1- year experience in a similar position in the hotel.
Opera knowledge is a must.
Russian speaker preferably.
Good communication skills, positive attitude, and excellent grooming standards.
