The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. They will maintain and enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating human resources policies, programs, and practices.
Responsibilities
- Lead the scheduling of communications, interview scheduling, and administrative support on supporting documentation for the interview process and candidate onboarding
- Perform employee records update in HRMS like transfers, leaves, assignment changes, etc.
- Maintain employee records by the filing employee documents (joining forms, disciplinary letters, approval notes, etc.) into employee files
- Data entry of payroll-related records – work permits, visa details update, etc.
- Conduct employee training
- Coordinate with Finance/Payroll teams on various employee-related payments – salary, advances, final settlements & other ad-hoc payments
- Manage employee off-boarding – visa cancellation, EOSB payments, experience letters, etc.
- Manage medical insurance – enrollment & deletion, census data update
- Create and share weekly/monthly/periodic MIS reports & dashboards related to attrition, joining, leaves, Goals & performances, etc.
- Explaining human resources policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees
- Processing, Payroll, Terminal Settlement, and other benefits as per Ministry of Labour Law of UAE.
- Preparation of payslips, overtime allowance, attendance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in Human Resources in the UAE
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgment
- The English language is mandatory, Arabic will be an added advantage
- End to end recruitment process knowledge is desirable
- Good knowledge of UAE labor laws and their application
