ROLE: Program manager – Digital/ Social Media, LPS BRANDS
JOB DESCRIPTION
LPS Brands is looking for a Creative Ninja as a Program Manager for its Social Media & Digital Content projects, to manage its growing portfolio of Government/ Regulation authority organizations.
REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
- 3+ years of agency experience in UAE/ Middle East is mandatory
- Is highly organized and adept at managing multiple client accounts/ timelines on a daily basis; should be able to multi-task and complete social media related activities at a significantly quicker pace than peers
- Is addicted to creating likable social content on a daily basis/ connects with social community members as a natural; Shares a passion to create engaging and entertaining brand campaigns/
- Looking to outdo herself/ himself on a daily basis
- Should be comfortable working in an aggressive, fast-paced, and young startup culture &
- flexible to work outside office hours on social media requirements; is willing to take up all-
- round business tasks as part of the team; team player; Agency experience is preferable
- Is fluent and particular of the use of English grammar; Can/ has written English prose
- flawlessly for social media posts; Arabic writing skills is a plus
- Has worked on monthly/ weekly social media or content plans along with brand team and
- content creators; First-hand knowledge of all the current social platforms, social content formats like memes, GIFs, trends, vines, stories, live content, scheduling, and analytics applications
- Agile and flexible to turn around real-time social content/ ideas to society in a short period of time; highly sensitive to timelines and content commitments; Comfortable writing large amounts of engaging content on a daily basis
- is a constant learner, listener, and reader; is always looking to upgrade social media, content writing, and other support skills
- Is a Jack of all trades; open to learning new software/ platforms to supplement his/her creative skills
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- 1) Account Management Ownership – Directly manage and retain Key Clients/ Decision-makers and influencers; for agency accounts in Social Media.
- 2) Team Management – Supervise a team of 3 executives – program, community, short-form content/ interface with the creative teams, and interns to ensure 360 service delivery on social media management – client strategy, shoot operations, creative direction, platform strategy, posting operations, community growth and management and reporting
- 3) Social/ Digital Creative Direction – Provide creative direction/ planning for all the agency accounts, and get buy-in for clients. Build style guide/ voice & tone
- 4) Operations – Ensure timely scheduling/ posting/ community response of social media plans
- 5) Deliverables & Performance – Ensure Social Media content deliverables and KPIs for brands are met on a monthly & Quarterly level on a first-person responsible basis.
ADHOC ROLL-UP-THE-SLEEVES REQUIREMENTS:
1) Ideate and write social media posts in English and/or Arabic for multiple social media brand accounts on a daily level
2) Own, Plan, Schedule and manage posts/ community for brand accounts across instagram/ facebook/ Twitter/ LinkedIn
3) Manages community response for social media accounts as per the brand voice/ tone and client SLA’s; Develop audience for the various social pages
4) Come up with out-of-the-box social campaign ideas for Brands; Visualize and select brand pictures/ stock pictures for social posts and co-create videos with the production team.
5) Basic knowledge of photo editing and video editing software to create social content on ones own capability, whenever necessary
