- Recruitment, Onboarding, Visa processing and employee joining Induction
- Maintaining Employee Records
- Driving Employee engagement & Rewards and Recognition activities for Retail stores
- Managing – Low Performers discussion, PIP, Disciplinary issues & Closure follow-ups
- Performance Management for Retail Stores – Quarterly basis
- Manpower planning along with business
- Ensuring Employee Transfers are updated in HR Portal
- Co-ordinating and Ensuring employees have ID cards, Insurance, and visas on time
- Preparing MIS report
Requirements :
Post Graduate or Graduate preferably with specialization in Human Resources Management
3-4 years of HR experience of which at least 1-2 years should be in Retail Industry
Knowledge of HR processes/policies
Knowledge of the local labor law and legal compliance
Knowledge of Performance Management
Communication & Networking skills
Planning and Organizing skills
Proficient in MS Office and HRIS
A driving license is a must (Store Visit 3x a week)
