The role is HR & Licensing Officer to work with Medical Director, Nursing Manager, nurses, and all staff members to create HR policies as per UAE regulations.

Ideally, you are currently serving an HR function for the company. Specific duties include, but are not necessarily limited to Systems and processes, filling budgeted recruitment and onboarding, interacting with staff to issue letters of compliance. Managing rewards and incentives policies for better productivity of nurses. You have a history of getting people to like your people strategies implemented in a pleasing and inclusive manner. You are essentially a gun at getting people to come and work for the company and retaining staff with great gusto and enthusiasm and never give up attitude – no matter what the environment.

THE ROLE:
An HR Executive will create and nurture long-term relationships with employees / internal customers.
With excellent communication skills, you will develop an internal communications strategy to streamline business processes. You will initiate and develop annual recruitment budgets and fulfillment processes within assigned timelines. Activities for staff and creative initiatives to increase employee engagement and to sustain the employee culture. Along with employee recognition strategies you will create succession programs for career advancement for key positions.
The HR Executive should be well-versed with the UAE labor laws with a minimum of 3+ years experience, preferably in the health service industry with DHA/MOH/DOH/DHCC licensing experience for healthcare professionals. The HR Executive will report to the Medical Director and will work very closely with the Medical Director and other outsourced partners.
WHAT’S NOT REQUIRED:
This role does NOT require you to be the police or an elementary school principal. The role of hands-on HR expert and ready to take a leadership role with accountability and responsibility.

- Recruitment experience in screening and sourcing candidates and inducting through the onboarding process
