Etisalat Business Managed Services team is seeking a Product Manager in the product marketing function for the global services team.
This role will be responsible for the strategy and direction for products within the global network services team. This position will provide vision and tactical leadership to rationalize the current services by defining market requirements, profitability models, and how the target state products are sold and delivered. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing packages, driving business and product performance including designing, marketing, and executing campaigns that help drive up the product revenue from different segments.
Ownership of the end-to-end Product Life Cycle to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction is a key aspect of this role. The Product Manager will maintain competitive advantage and opportunities that meet growing customer demands. Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work with cross-function teams are required for the person who can deliver on the expectations from this role.
Product Management/Product Marketing Responsibilities:
- Own the lifecycle management of Etisalatās global WAN (MPLS and Global Internet) services delivered to customers.
- Lead development of new or enhanced services by:
- Analyzing/understanding the market
- Determining feasibility and prioritization of new services
- Writing market and product requirements
- Complete product or deal financial models/business cases
- Specifically bring new ideas in the areas of managed WAN services, SD-WAN, virtualization, SDN, network-based services, and cloud-based networking services.
- Enhances the services to meet the growing customer demands and provide customized solutions for products and services in order to meet revenue targets
- Ability to deep dive into the customer base, define micro-segments and create targeted products
- Define and review policies, procedures, and guidelines for the Product and monitors and supervise its implementation
- Monitors evaluate and highlight the products ongoing performance and quality of its output, services, monitors, and reviews key performance indicators
- Analyze product and business KPIs, and accordingly undertakes corrective actions to meet objectives
- Churn management and proactive plan to meet objectives
Enterprise Sales Responsibilities:
- Customer obsessed helps keep customers at the center of all new developments and enhancements.
- Complex Deal and Pursuit Support ā Assist the enterprise sales team in closing sales of WAN / SD-WAN solutions. Includes identifying solutions, providing presentations, developing/supporting RFP responses and proposals for larger and more complex deals.
- Seek timely feedback from the Customer to enhance product features to ensure the portfolio is competitive
Leadership:
- Management presentation and communication on regular and key initiatives
- Coordinates business requirements across all business units develop and implements plan to support business needs
- Manages the interfaces within the Product Marketing group and cross-functional team relationships
- Ability to carve out space in case of matrix working and ambiguity
- Able to handle work under pressure to meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Excellent interpersonal skills. The candidate must have experience in collaborating and providing leadership/direction to a wide range of organizations. Ability to execute plans across multiple cross-organizational teams

Experience:
- 5 to 10+ years of experience in enterprise product management, business development, or sales engineering experience
- Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills
- Solid understanding of WAN and Hybrid WAN technologies (MPLS, Dedicated Internet, broadband, and cellular) across International markets
- Managed Network Services
- Internet Technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, Routing, etc..)
- Understanding of SD-WAN fundamentals, virtualization (VNF, cloud), SDN (NFV)
- SD-WAN technology vendors (Cisco Viptela, Nokia Nuage, Versa, Veloclod)
- Product life cycle management and customer value management
- Proficiency in the MS Office suite of tools with an emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
