Operations Manager

Job Duties and Responsibilities: 

Leadership and Strategic Planning

·      Manage a team of Operation Support to ensure pre-count preparations are completed in a timely manner and provide complete support during the entire counting cycle.

·      Including hiring/outsourcing, 1 on 1 meetings, coaching, performance management, training, and development.

·      Develop a strategic country vision to support the growth of the company’s enterprise solutions.

·      Develop mechanism to monitor and manage operations progress and performance.

·      Conduct monthly business reviews (MBRs) to review accountability and action plans, celebrate success, identify, and remove barriers.

·      Conduct annual appraisals for support team and prepare development plans for continuous growth.

·      Manage and analyze the count support team to ensure best practices.

·      Develop policies and SOPs to handle customer requests and ensure an optimal inventory count process.

·      Connect and coordinate with Supplier to gain a full understanding of the Inventory Count Software, recommend and implement changes to the software to streamline Jard inventory count processes with Supplier.

Operations

·      Lead and manage count support team to ensure counts are set up in scanner system and prepared for counts prior to the site visit.

·      Ensure the Masterfile is received and uploaded to the scanner system.

·      Manage support to Jard inventory team during counts such as providing reports on count progress, variance reports, and audit reports.

·      Ensure all devices and fixture tags are available and prepare prior to counts.

·      Manage customer-specific requests and schedules.

·      Provide leadership team with updates on customers and weekly schedules.

·      Review variances reports between JARD reports and Masterfile provided by customers and identifying road blockers.

·      Ensure count requirements are adhered to before the Jard inventory team signs off and completes a count i.e., audits.

·      Coordinate and aligning with customers on count schedules and liaison on customer requests.

·      Ensure all devices and scanners are functional and operational prior to store visits and counts.

Key Qualifications

·      5+ years of Call Centre or customer care in Operations

·      Excellent verbal and written Arabic is a plus

·      Strong verbal and written English

·      Skilled proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

·      Effective interpersonal skills to successfully work with teams in the region.
